I’m a sports enthusiast & love everything about fitness & focused movement. I have 15+ years’ experience in the fitness industry. I believe that the body must be challenged by all types of movement & never do the same workout day to day! I love being outside, feel like I hit the jackpot of a family & not a day goes by that I don’t eat some dark chocolate! Take my class and you will leave with a full body workout, aware of your body’s posture and hopefully had a few good laughs!

I grew up in Columbus and am raising two kids here with my husband, Brad. I love watching the Buckeyes, visiting the beach and playing in the snow. My class style has been described as the silent killer because although my voice may be sweet, my classes are intense!

Tal Simon

Tal Simon

As a former professional dancer, I began cross-training in Pilates and subbing in New York City for Pilates reformer and chair classes. I picked up  Zumba and group fitness certifications and began teaching different group fitness classes throughout the City. When I moved to Columbus in 2012, I received formal Pilates training from TPS and have been teaching group Reformer classes ever since. Since beginning my job as a corporate attorney two years ago, I cut my teaching schedule to one class per week. Because of this, I make my class challenging but am always prepared to give you modifications. Join me!

Sara Ortlip

ACE Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor
Bachelor of Fine Arts from OSU

Growing up as a gymnast and diver, I had been coached in Pilates long before I practiced on a reformer. In my early 20’s, I took my first Pilates Reformer class, and fell in love. I continued to practice, and received my certification in April 2014. Pilates helped me rehab after several sports-related back injuries and two c-sections.

Though my foundation is in classical Pilates, I am passionate about taking and teaching fitness-based and jump Pilates. Aside from instructing Pilates, I teach barre, cycle, lift/hiit, and mat-based movement classes in a local heated studio. I stay active by teaching 8-12 group fitness classes/week along with playing on a year-round tennis team, and regularly practicing Pilates, Vinyasa, and gymnastics.

My classes are challenging, intense, and fun with a strong focus on form and safety. I will push you out of your comfort zone, but you will thank me! I live in Worthington with my husband and two children.
